By accessing or using AmaniBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. New registrations must be approved by an administrator.
3. Courses, Trials & Payments
Free previews and time-limited trials are provided for evaluation only. Paid courses unlock full access to lessons, downloadable resources, and certificates. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
4. Refunds
Course access is granted immediately after payment. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been consumed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share account credentials, redistribute course materials, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, branding, and materials are the property of AmaniBot and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased content.
7. Limitation of Liability
AmaniBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
